Return Policy
In case an item received is not what you intended or ordered, please send us a mail on admin@macofachocolate.com and mail the item back to us by courier. Our official will contact you and collect the courier bill over mail. We will deduct the return delivery / transport cost from the cost of your fresh order.
If by any circumstance, the content is damaged due to reasons like hot climate, send us back the item and mail us the details at admin@macofachocolate.com
We will send you a fresh pack with the delivery / transport cost borne by us.
Refund Policy
Please write to us at admin@macofachocolate.com if you feel the need for refund under the following circumstances:
- The item is not received by you within 15 days from date of order (subject to correct information received from the customer)
- The product received by you is defective or not useable.
- If you have not received the correct order
- If the complaint does not match any of the above conditions, but you still feel that you require a refund, please write to us at admin@macofachocolate.com and we will contact you to best resolve the matter at the earliest.
Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel an order once placed, please mail the details to admin@macofachocolate.com within the next 24 hours.
- In such cases, the entire amount paid for the order will be reimbursed.
- If the item has already been dispatched before your cancellation order reaches us, then the amount of the cost of products will be refunded minus the packing and transport cost.
- Once the product reaches you, the order cannot be cancelled. Only the above refund policy applies.
Terms and Conditions
Items once ordered will be dispatched within 5 working days from date of order. Dispatch will be by courier. Delivery will normally be set into motion within 48 hours of ordering. In unforeseen cases, delivery may take longer time.
- For request for re-delivery to a different address from that given during order, additional transportation charges will apply.
- Return / refund requests should be made within 3 days of receipt of the order.
- The minimum order value for placing orders on the website is Rs 500.
- Packing and transport cost will be over and above the value of the item.
- Manna Chocolate retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
