In case an item received is not what you intended or ordered, please send us a mail on email@example.com and mail the item back to us by courier. Our official will contact you and collect the courier bill over mail. We will deduct the return delivery / transport cost from the cost of your fresh order.
If by any circumstance, the content is damaged due to reasons like hot climate, send us back the item and mail us the details at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will send you a fresh pack with the delivery / transport cost borne by us.
Please write to us at email@example.com if you feel the need for refund under the following circumstances:
- The item is not received by you within 15 days from date of order (subject to correct information received from the customer)
- The product received by you is defective or not useable.
- If you have not received the correct order
- If the complaint does not match any of the above conditions, but you still feel that you require a refund, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to best resolve the matter at the earliest.
